ROI's Operative Leadership Program

ROI’s Leadership development approach is based on proven behaviors and practices that drive a strong service culture and enhance operational excellence in casino, hospitality, and other service industries. Organized into three pillars—Envision, Align, and Operate—the Return On Leadership (ROL) program empowers participants to become forward-thinkers, skillful communicators, and savvy leaders with strong business acumen in gaming and hospitality. The ROL program is not a typical one-off training session but a leadership development continuum delivered over a deliberate timeline. It utilizes modern learning methods, 1:1 coaching, and rigorous practice sessions. 

The Return On Leadership program consist of three critical dimensions:

Part One: Envision

It is essential for your leaders to envision a clear and compelling future. A strong vision of what should happen provides direction, purpose, and motivation for the team, leading to improved performance, engagement, and success.


ROI can help your leaders, at all levels, develop a vision for their business unit which supports the overall vision of the organization. Moreover, they will learn to paint clear pictures of specific outcomes for their teams.

Part Two: Align

Return On LEADERSHIP
ASSESSMENT

The program begins with each participant taking the Return On Leadership Assessment which provides insights into the leader’s strengths and development areas across the three critical dimensions: Envision, Align, and Operate. 

​

  1. Craft and Communicate a Clear Vision – Assessing the leader’s ability to develop a compelling and strategic vision that inspires and guides their team.
     

  2. Align Team Members with the Vision – Measuring the leader’s effectiveness in gaining buy-in, fostering collaboration, and ensuring Team Members are engaged and committed to the vision.
     

  3. Drive Execution and High Performance – Evaluating how well the leader translates vision into action, sets clear goals, measures operational performance, and drives results.
     

The results are used to create a customized development path, ensuring targeted growth opportunities that enhance leadership effectiveness. Participants receive personalized feedback and resources to help them refine their vision, improve team alignment, and drive top performance.
